Refund policy

We want you to love your IASOS piece.

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Be returned in their original packaging
• Be in the same condition in which they were received

Please note that gift cards, personalized items, custom orders, and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@iasos.co.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.

Return Shipping

For customers in the United States, we may provide a prepaid return label when applicable.

For international returns, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For added security, we recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning valuable items. IASOS cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
